Rihanna wins “Favorite Female Artist – Soul & R&B” at AMAs for 5th time

Before this evening, Aretha Franklin, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey and Rihanna were the record holders for most wins in the Favorite Female Artist – Soul/R&B category with 4 wins each at the American Music Awards.

But as of tonight, Rihanna has become the new record holder in this category, by winning the award for the fifth time, beating every other female artist!

Congrats Rihanna!
